WebBrook Engineering Advisory started as a Canberra practice for learning organisations that needed engineering counsel without hiring a full-time platform architect. Our work sits between product ambition and the realities of LMS estates, term calendars, and vendor roadmaps.

Mission

Help Australian learning providers make durable engineering decisions about platforms and learning tools — decisions that protect assessment integrity, staff time, and student experience through peak enrolment periods.

Origin

The practice grew out of successive LMS upgrade programmes and integration projects across vocational and higher education. Clients kept asking for someone who could translate between learning designers and engineers. That gap became the brief we still serve.

How we work

  • We write findings in plain language and keep diagrams only where they clarify a decision
  • We refuse engagements that are really vendor sales processes in disguise
  • We schedule around term breaks and known assessment windows when clients ask
  • We stay available for a short clarification period after each delivery

Independence. We do not resell LMS licences or take referral fees from tool vendors.
